When the starting material consists of organic matter of unknown composition or is highly impure( such as polyimide, polypropylene and other polymer materials) then it is recommended to preheat the material in our carbonization furnace (commonly known as a vacuum sintering furnace, or a debinding furnace) to pyrolyze and carbonize the organic materials.

CNE-CF serials carbonization furnace is used for pyrolysis and carbonization of organic materials at high temperatures. In the carbonization furnace, the raw materials are heated to a high temperature, and the organic components in them begin to pyrolyze and gradually transform into gas, liquid and solid residues. As the reaction proceeds, these residues are further carbonized to form a stable carbon structure.
