Introduction to rotary oven

Rotary oven, also known as motor rotor rotary oven or motor stator rotary oven, is used for motor stator and rotor rotary baking.

Description of rotary oven

The rotary oven is mainly composed of a complete set of rotary oven, including furnace body, heating element, hot air circulation system, rotating auxiliary device, hydraulic opening and safety protection device of the top cover, instrument control system and alarm device.

Basic functions of rotary oven

1. Electric heating – hot air circulation drying.
2. Horizontal rotation of stator and rotor parts (special tooling and lifting tools are required).
3. The top cover is opened and closed hydraulically.
4. Automatic operation, monitoring and recording after program setting.

Basic description of rotary oven:

1. The furnace body is of upper and lower split structure, the lower furnace body (bottom end) is fixed, and the upper furnace body (top cover end) is flexible
