Sinter-HIP furnace introduction:

Chinaequips Sinter-HIP furnace combines dewaxing/debinding, sintering, and hot isostatic pressing of products in the same equipment. It is widely used to sinter cemented carbide, hard metal, powder metallurgy materials, and cermet cemented metal.

In the later stage of product sintering, fill the furnace with argon gas at a pressure of 6 (10) MPa. Allow the binder phase metal and tungsten carbide particles to flow into potential voids. Virtually minimizes residual holes and defects within the product. Therefore, it greatly improves the strength and service life of cemented carbide.

Sinter-HIP furnace function:

• Dewaxing/ debinding for all conventional binders: Vacuum dewaxing, Negative (Ar gas) differential pressure dewaxing, H2 gas micro-positive pressure dewaxing (with flowing H2 burn-off system)
• Sintering: under vacuum sintering, with inert and reactive gases sintering, low-pressure HIP sintering (gas pressure sintering).

  The opening and closing of the furnace door, temperature rise, pressure in the furnace, and each valve action are all automatically and safely interlocked. Equipped with a pressure relief valve in various situations such as emergency and power failure. The cooling water system has pressure, temperature, and flow monitoring. The single cooling water circuit is equipped with flow monitoring to prevent equipment damage caused by water shortage.
